How to integrate Jotform with Calendly

    Guten Tag

    Ich kenne Jotform bereits aus einem anderen Kundenprojekt. Eine neue Kundin ist allenfalls interessiert, ebenfalls Jotform für ihre Kundenbeziehungen einzusetzen, falls folgendes Szenario einfach umsetzbar ist.

    Use Case 1: Kundin bucht selbständig einen online Beratungstermin (verknüpft mit einem M365-Kalender) mit Zoom oder Teams als Option und erhält nebst Termin weitergehende Informationen/Instruktionen. Als Parameter mitgegeben werden müssen Name, Email, Telefon sowie zwei datenschutztechnisch schützenswerte Fotos (jpg oder png).

    Use Case 2: Kundin bucht selbständig einen vor Ort Beratungstermin und erhält nebst Termin weitergehende Informationen/Instruktionen. Als Parameter mitgegeben werden müssen Name, Email und Telefon. Es gelten keine besonders schützenswerten Datenschutzanforderungen.

    Ob ein Termin vor Ort oder online gebucht werden soll, entscheidet die anfragende Kundin. Bei Use Case 1 (online) darf technisch ein Beratungstermin erst gebucht werden, wenn die zwei Fotos zum Formular im ersten Schritt hinzugefügt wurden.

    Für die Terminbuchung schwebt uns vor, Calendly in der Pro Version zu integrieren. Bietet Jotform allenfalls Alternativen zu Calendly? Ideal wäre es, wir könnten die Jotform end-2-end Verschlüsselung nutzen, um die Fotos besser zu schützen. Dann wiederum ist aber eine Calendly-Integration nicht möglich. Oder gibt es die Möglichkeit, zwei Formulare zu einem Flow zu verbinden, bei welchem gewisse Daten nicht speziell geschützt sind und andere schon?

    Ich bin sehr dankbar für Tipps.

    You can easily integrate Calendly with Jotform using the Calendly Widget. Adding a Calendly Widget to your form and setting it up is easy. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements at the top-left of your screen.
    • In the Widgets tab of the left-side Panel, navigate to the Calendly Widget and drag and drop it into your form. You can also use the Search Bar to find it.

    • In the General tab of the right-side Panel, enter your Scheduling Link into the Calendly Event URL field.
    • In the Name field, you can select Name, and in the Email field, you can select Email if you have a name and email field in your form.
    • Finally, click on Update Widget.
