Ups Error When Submitting the Form

bei dem Formular Kundenreklamation wird aktuell beim Versenden der Fehler aus dem Screenshot angezeigt. um ca. 10 Uhr hatte es noch funktioniert.

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? I cloned your Kunden Reklamationen form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I have now cleared your form cache. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
