ich habe ein Formular gefunden was ich sehr gut finde und gerne ähnlich nutzen will. Allerdings weis ich nicht, wonach ich suchen soll. Können Sie mir bitte sagen welches Formular in dem Link als Vorlage genommen wurde?

Cloning the form is one of the most efficient ways to have a copy of your form on your account because it creates an exact replica of the original form with the same configuration. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

• Navigate to My Forms and click the Create Form button in the upper-left corner.
• Then, choose Import Form.
• Now, select From a web page and enter the following form URL in the Enter URL field:

• Lastly, at the bottom, click Create Form.
