Now, let me help you with your question. I would just like to know, do you want to completely delete the form or do you want to disable it? You can disable your form in 3 easy steps. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder.
2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
3. In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Disabled. That's it, you're done.

You can also delete your form by going to your MyForms Page and selecting the form you want to delete. You can permanently delete the form by going to the trashed folder and purge the deleted forms.
