Liebes Jotforms Team,
auf der letzten Seite meines Formulares, das ich in meine Webseite eingebunden habe, gibt es einen Darstellungsfehler (siehe Screenshot). Dieser taucht nur in Safari auf.
Wir arbeiten mit Wordpress und dem Divi Theme.

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you send me the link to your forms so I can look at it for you? This guide will show you how to do that. Can you share the Safari version you're using? Make sure that your Safari browser is updated to its latest version. Also, I've cleared your form caches to fix minor issues that may occur.
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

thank you for looking into this. I double-checked since you cleared the form cache but the issue still exists. So this is the URL: https://form.jotform.com/232635168567061

Hi Marina,
Thanks for getting back to us and sharing the detailed information. I checked the screenshot you shared in the initial response. Please note that the screen you see is not an error message but the Thank you page which will show up once the form has been submitted. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
The above message at the end of the form is a default behavior. You can change the Thank you page message or redirect the user to another page on your website. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
- Now, select Redirect to External Link and paste in the URL. That's it, you're done.

Thanks for getting back to us. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
My device is an iMac with iOS Sonoma and Safari 17. As a workaround, you can also add your logo directly over your Vielen Dank text as an image. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Thank You Page on the left side of the screen.
- Select Insert Image from the editor toolbar and upload your logo.
To remove the Standard Jotform image, you need to add some CSS to your theme. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Blue Paint Roller Icon on the right side of the screen.
- Go to the tab Styles and add the following CSS Code in the Box, Inject Custom CSS.
