Account Overlimit status

    Ich habe zur zeit nur 4 Formulare in meinem Domain. Weshelb sagt Jotform das mein speicherplatz voll ist?


    Why does Jotform keep on notifying me that the limit is full? I currently only have 4 forms (and hardly any answers)

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account, and it is currently on Overlimit status. I recalculated your limits and everything should be working fine now. I also reactivated your account. Please take note that when you reach any of your account limits, your forms will temporarily be disabled.
