    Liebes Jotform Team,

    Wir wollen unsere Zahlungsmethode updaten, leider tritt dabei aber immer wieder ein Fehler auf. Kann man bei euch nur über Paypal bezahlen?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. The only way to change the payment method is to cancel the subscription. Your account then will have the account limits of the Starter Plan (5 active forms, the rest will be disabled). However, note that you won't lose any data for this. As soon as you upgrade again using your preferred payment method, your data will be back as usual.

    Since we cannot offer a prorated refund, I suggest contacting us again before the next billing date (August 11,2024) so we can cancel the subscription and you'll be able to change the payment method.
