Abfrage in einem Formular auf bereits eingegeben und versendete Formulardaten im selben Formular

Hallo zusammen,

gibt es die Möglichkeit in einem Formular die bereits eingebenen und versendeten Daten des gleichen Formulars auszuwerten?

Hier ein Beispiel.

Wenn ich in einem Eingabefeld nach einer Nummer frage und der dritte Benutzer die gleiche Nummer eingibt, dann soll dieser Benutzer beim Ausfüllen seines Formulars einen Hinweis erhalten, dass diese Nummer bereits dreimal eingegeben wurde.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, this is not possible. We don't have this feature yet to check the Jotform Table and reference the existing submissions with what is being entered by the responder. However, you can use the Unique Field feature of the form to limit the same information entered on the same field.

The Unique Field allows you to select one field in the form where it accepts unique values only. If the same data was entered previously, it will not allow submitting the form. This is applicable for the following element only:

• Email
• Short Text Entry
• Dropdown
• Number
