Beschriftigungsausrichtung

Sehr geehrtes JotForms Support-Team,

ich wende mich mit einem technischen Problem an Sie, welches bei der Nutzung Ihres Dienstes auftritt.

Beim Erstellen eines Formulars habe ich die Beschriftungsausrichtung auf "links" eingestellt. In der Bearbeitungsansicht wird diese Einstellung korrekt angezeigt. Allerdings zeigt die Vorschaufunktion sowie die finale Ausgabe die Beschriftungen über den Textfeldern an, anstatt sie links auszurichten.

Könnten Sie mir bitte weiterhelfen oder mir mitteilen, ob es sich hierbei um einen bekannten Fehler handelt? Beim Duplizieren des Formulars ist der Fehler bestehen geblieben.

Now, let me help you with your question. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found out that the reason why it goes down on preview is because the label width is a bit high causing it to go down due to the form width . It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page to open Form Designer.
2. In the Form Designer menu, click on the Styles tab, scroll down to Label Width and adjust it.
3. Click on Save at the bottom of the Form Designer menu and you’re done.

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
