Guten Tag
Ich habe eine Umfrage erstellt, nun möchte ich aber, dass diese anonym bleibt. Werden die Namen in der Regel erfasst oder wo kann ich dies deaktivieren?
Vielen Dank und beste Grüsse

Hi Anna,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. You can be able to do that by creating a form without the name, email and other personal information of the sender. However, we collect the IP address of the submitter, which in most cases is not a problem. You can also set up the auto delete app from your form to automatically delete submitted forms. But make sure to set up the form email first because that's how you will be getting the submissions.
It's important to know that when you create your survey form, the notification is automatically created. The responses will be sent to your registered email on the account. As long as you don't set up an autoresponder on the form, the users won't receive a copy of their submission
You can share your form link to the respective users. There are different ways to share the form link.
- First, is by sharing the form link directly and setting its access settings to Public. You'll get the link by going to the Publish tab in the Form Builder page. If you change the access settings to Private, then they will need to create an account or log in to their Jotform Account first to be able to access the form.
- Second, is by sharing the form link through "Invite by Email". But if you share the form through invite by email, then they will need to create an account or log in to their Jotform Account first to be able to access the form, regardless the form is set to public.
- Lastly, If you want to allow users to submit your forms without creating a Jotform account, you can send them the form URL using your own email client.
Also, only the form owner has access to the submission's data. Aside from the notification, you can view submissions from your inbox or tables page.
- In My Forms page, hover your mouse on the form.
- Select and click Inbox appearing on the right side.
Lastly, submissions data are stored in Tables.
- In My Forms page, hover your mouse on the form.
- Select and click More appearing on the right side.
- In the dialogue box appearing, click Submission.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
