Hallo,
Wolfram v. Dobschütz

Hello Wolfram,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, for your question, I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

Hello Wolfram,
Thank you for your patience. I created a sample form and here is what it looks like:
To achieve your requirement, you will need few conditions set up on your forms. This maybe come complicated if you will have a lot of questions. Based on your given example, I used the form calculation widget and update/calculate condition to achieve it. Let me show you how:
First, you need to create your question fields. Once you have the question fields created, add two short text fields for each answer because you need those fields to generate the values:
To generate values, you need to set update/calculate condition condition on that field, you may refer to the screenshot and screencast below:
Do not forget to apply the conditions accordingly on the other fields for your questions selections too just to make sure that we will be able to collect the values to calculate later on. Once the values are added via condition, you can now use the form calculation widget to calculate the values.
In the sample form, I used two widget to calculate for Couch Potato Type and Enterprising. Make sure that the fields on the formula are assigned accordingly to which it is under to. For example, 'Netflix' and 'Cooking Yourself' are under Couch Potato Type, so these fields must be on that form calculation:
Lastly, for the results, this is optional for you to put it on the Thank You Page later on. For now, you can set the condition first by using a short text element field and a conditional logic which will show the results:
The conditions may vary depends on the calculations since it is possible for your users to have variations on their selection. In that case, you can always edit the condition to more preferable option like greater than or lesser than the calculated value. But on my sample form, I just set the fix value to avoid confusion and just to make it simpler for analyzation. Once all of these are added, then you may run and test the form and see if it will work for you. Feel free to clone and inspect my sample form.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Dear Myla,
Thank you so much for your detailed answer! I'm just looking into it but it looks that this is exactly what I was looking for :)
At the end the resulting personality type of the user should be displayed on the thank you page, but if I got it right this is also possible, correct?
Kind regards and thank you again,
Wolfram

Hi Wolfram,
Thank you for getting back to us. Yes, it is also possible to add it on the Thank you Page. I apologize I wasn't able to add that earlier. Let me show you how to add it:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Settings tab at the top of the page.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
- In the Thank You Page section, you can change the layout, add new buttons, and add form fields.
- To add the Results, just click on the Form Fields on the upper right of the Thank You Page content and place it in your liking on the Thank you Page layout.
And here is the sample results of my sample form:
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Wolfram,
Thank you for reaching to us for help. Just to add up to my previous answers, you can also hide later on the calculation fields on your forms so your users will not see it. You will usually see this option on the field elements properties under general tab:
Here is what it will look like when hidden:
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
