How to forward an automatica response once the form is filled?

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, it is possible to set up a notification email that can email you a notification whenever someone fills out your form. The other one is an auto-responder email, which can be sent to the form filler as a confirmation email once they have completed their form. Did you mean notification email by automatic response to a form? If yes, then let me show you how you can set up email notifications:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• Now, click on Add an Email. 

• Select Notification Email.
• Click on the Recipients tab. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field. That's it. You're done.

Here is the link on how to create a notification email. For the auto-responder email, it is the same process as well. Here are the steps you can follow:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• Now, click on Add an Email.

• Next, select Auto-responder email.
• Add your email address to the Recipient tab and click on the green save button. That's it.
