Liebes Support-Team,
vergangenes Wochenende haben wir eine Befragung mit Hilfe von Jotform über 3 Android Tablets durchgeführt. Dabei wurden auch einige offline Antworten erfasst. Jetzt versuchen die Antworten von allen Geräten zu synchronisieren, leider kommt es dabei immer wieder zu einem Synchronisierungsfehler. Auch das manuelle Exportieren der Antworten liefert nicht die richtigen Ergebnisse.
Wie können wir den Synchronisierungsfehler beheben?

Now, let me help you with your question. We're sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. The issue may be caused due to various factors, as the internet connection used. So I would recommend you to try using a different connection for each device and try syncing the data. In case the problem persists, can you please share with us a screenshot of the error that you are seeing? We have a guide about How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum that you can check out.
