    Auch beim Formular PV-Projekterfassung Home haben wir Probleme bei der Erstellung des PDF. Hier wird ein leeres PDF erzeugt:

    Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry that you are having issues downloading your submissions as PDF. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. So, I cleared the form cache to refresh the data and now the issue seems to be fixed. You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    Hi, we tried to fix the forms but it did't help. We still have either empty or compresses Forms in our One-Drive Folders:

    Thanks for getting back to us and for the additional information. I am sorry that you are still having this issue. I cloned your form, integrated it with OneDrive and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    If you already deleted the old PDF version and created a new one on PDF Editor, as we explained you on this thread, please consider removing your OneDrive integration and add it back, most of the time, this action solves the issue. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the left column, click on the Integrations tab.
    3. Click on the OneDrive integration and click on it.
    4. On the bottom left side, click on the Remove Integration, and on Yes, Delete on the confirmation window.
    5. Next, search for the OneDrive integration and click on it.
    6. Authenticate the integration again and set the configuration as you prefer.
    7. Finally, click on Save and Finalize.
