Why is already used up the subscription, we have upgraded to 5 forms, I actually only needed 1, the others I just tried which ones that they are and it deducted the me too and I do not need them at all. Was somehow a mistake on my part. Is there anything you can do? I do not need the ones with check marks.
Now our subscription is used up although we only needed one form. The first two are old from the free version.

Hi Suzanne,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can disable your form in 3 easy steps and this will not count from your account limits. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Disabled. That's it, you're done.
Another option is that you can Archive the form from your My Forms Page and it will not count from your account limits. See the below screenshot:
