Hallo, in unserem Formular "Ersterfassung Objekt Kunde" wird die PDF-Zusammenfassung regelmäßig wie in folgendem Beispiel übertragen. Woran kann das liegen und wie können wir das beheben?

Now, let me help you with your question. We're sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Deleting your existing PDF file from PDF Editor and creating a new one might solve the issue. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the arrow pointing down next to the Jotform logo on the top left side of the screen.
- In the dropdown menu, click on PDF Editor.
- In PDF Editor, click on the three vertical dots of the first tab and then click on Delete.
- Next, on the confirmation window click on Yes, Delete
- Finally, a new PDF will be generated.
If after this actions, your issue still persists, can you please give us the permission to submit 1 or 2 times your original PDF?
