Hallo, ich habe eine offene Rechnung und würde diese gerne bezahlen. Leider kann ich diese aber nicht öffnen. Der Link unter „jetzt bezahlen“ öffnet sich nicht. Können Sie mir eine Rechnung per Email zusenden? Maik@gebrauchtbootmarkt.de

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Grman Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Upgrading your account is easy. Let me show you how:
- On the My Forms page, click on the Pricing tab.
- Choose the plan you want.
- Choose the payment schedule (yearly/monthly), add the billing details, and choose your Payment method.
- Click on the Terms of Service and click on Complete.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.

unfortunally i am not able to open my invoices or to change my payment method.
can you send me the bill by email or send me the invoice number.
i will pay this invoice by paypal then.
