Formular auf mehreren Webseiten einbinden - Links und Ziel-E-Mail-Adresse dynamisch

Hallo,

ich möchte eines der erstellten Formulare auf mehreren Webseiten einbinden. Auf jeder Website unterliegt es anderen Datenschutzbestimmungen, die ich auf der letzten Formularseite verlinken möchte. Die Verlinkung soll allerdings dynamisch und abhängig von der Website sein, auf der das Formular eingebunden wird.

Zudem soll auch die Benachrichtigungsadresse über neue Formulareintragungen dynamisch ausgewählt werden.

Wie kann ich beides einstellen?

1. You can add a Form Page URL widget to your form and set conditions with it. Let me show you how:
2. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the top left side of the page.
3. Under the Widgets tab, search for URL and add the Form Page URL to your form.

4. Now, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
5. On the left side of the page, click on Conditions, and select Show/Hide Field.
6. Here, set your conditions as:
IF: Get Page URL
STATE: Contains
TARGET: Value
VALUE: The URL of the specific page.

DO:Hide
FIELD: Select a field you want
