Berechtigungsfehler auf Tablet Samsung Galaxy S9

    Hallo Leute,

    Hi Marcus and Roman,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Jotform App. Would it be possible to send us a screenshot of what you're seeing in the App permissions?

Once we hear back from you, we'll have a better idea of what's going on and how to help.

We can send the following photos. The problems are the same on two different devices. So it is not a device error.Berechtigungsfehler auf Tablet Samsung Galaxy S9 Image 1 Screenshot 30Berechtigungsfehler auf Tablet Samsung Galaxy S9 Image 2 Screenshot 41

    Hello Marcus and Roman,

Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with your Jotform App that keeps asking for permission on your device.

I tried to access the back end to get the link to your app, but I was unable to locate any active apps or forms on your Jotform account connected to this email K**m*er-U*tz@on**ne.de. Can you share the link to your App and we will try to replicate this issue from our end?

As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hello Marcus and Roman,

Thanks for getting back to us. I tested my cloned form on my Android device, and I was able to replicate the issue as well. But it also refers to the device Files and media when it says to provide permission to Jotform. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

As soon as these Files and media were allowed, I was able to access the form without any issues. I found this guide online that shows you exactly how you can give permissions to an App using a Samsung device.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
