    Guten Tag

    Anscheinend funktioniert die Anmeldung nicht bei allen, z.B. kommt sie können sich nur einmal anmelden und dann nicht mehr, obwohl sie anscheinend nichts falsch machen. Bei einigen hat es aber funktioniert. Leider finde ich selbst nicht raus warum oder ob ich etwas falsch hinterlegt habe. Hier die Anmeldung.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. What exactly do you mean when you say that they can only "log in" once? Do you mean they aren't able to save their progress on the form and continue later? Or are they supposed to log in to a page you send them to after filling out the form? What exactly happens when they try to log in more than once, do they get an error or does the page fail to load? Any screenshots or specific details you can give to better explain the issue would be appreciated.

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

    Die Personen die sich über den QR Code bei uns für die Veranstaltun anmelden möchten, versuchen nach Ausfüllen der Daten im Formular abzuschliessen und zu versenden, es kommt aber die Antwort dass man sich nur einmal anmelden kann, obwohl sie sich noch nicht angemeldet haben. Bei einigen hat es trotzdem funktioniert.

    Ich habe keine Screenshots, da es die Kunden machen, diese versuchen sich auf unserem erstellten Formular in Jotform anzumelden.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. If you are referring to this error:

    Form: Only 1 entry is allowed Image 1 Screenshot 40

    This error is caused by your field Anzahl Personen

    Form: Only 1 entry is allowed Image 2 Screenshot 51

    This field prevents the submission of the users that have the same number on this field. To fix this, you can do it in the Form Settings. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu.
    2. Then, click on Show More Options.
    3. Next, locate the Unique Field and set it to No Check. That's it

    Perfect, it has now worked! best thanks!

    I have another new question, 

    Why is already used up the subscription, we have upgraded to 5 forms, I actually only needed 1, the others I just tried which ones that they are and it deducted the me too and I do not need them at all. Was somehow a mistake on my part. Is there anything you can do? I do not need the ones with check marks.

    Now our subscription is used up although we only needed one form. The first two are old from the free version.
