Bilder sind nicht über Link erreichbar

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,Ich habe ein Formular erstellt mit einem Dateiupload. Wen ich nun auf den Link in der Email klicke kommt die Fehlermeldung 404 und das Bild wird nicht angeziegt.

    Wie kann ich das Problem beheben?

    Now, let me help you with your question. If you're viewing the attached submission files from the notification email and getting an error 404, it is because you have your privacy settings required to log in to view the uploaded files.

    To view the files from the email, you need to make sure to open your email on the same browser you used to log in to your Jotform account. You can also disable the login requirement on your Privacy Settings for you to view the attachments without logging in to Jotform. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on your Avatar on the top right side of the page.
    2. Click on Settings.
    3. On the left panel, click on Security.
    4. Uncheck the checkbox on the left of "Require log-in to view uploaded files."
