Unable to setup with FTP integration

ich wende mich an Sie, da ich Schwierigkeiten bei der Einrichtung Ihrer FTP-Integration habe. Trotz der Verwendung korrekter Zugangsdaten und Serverinformationen - die ich extern überprüft und bestätigt habe - kann ich keine erfolgreiche Verbindung zwischen Jotform und meinem FTP-Server herstellen.

Da ich bereits verschiedene Lösungsansätze ohne Erfolg ausprobiert habe, frage ich mich, ob das Problem möglicherweise an einer inkompatiblen TLS-Version liegt. Könnten Sie mich darüber informieren, welche TLS-Version der JotForm-Server für FTP-Verbindungen verwendet? Dies würde mir helfen, eventuelle Konflikte oder Kompatibilitätsprobleme mit meinem eigenen Server zu identifizieren.

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having difficulties integrating with FTP. By default, Jotform utilizes the TLS v1.2 connection. You can check out our Security page for more details.

Setting up the FTP Integration is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, go to Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. Click on Integrations in the left menu.

3. Search for FTP in the search bar and select it to integrate.

4. Enter your FTP Credentials for the authentication.

5. Click the Authenticate button once the credentials are in place.

6. Select which Folder you want to save your submission and set it up, then click Save.

7. Click Finish to complete the integration.
