Optimierung und Anpassung meines Jotform-Formulars zu Anmeldedatenbank_Rom2024

Sehr geehrtes Jotform-Supportteam,

ich wende mich heute an Sie mit einer spezifischen Anfragen in Bezug auf mein Formular "Anmeldedatenbank_Rom2024_Anmeldung_Gruppenverantwortliche", welches Sie unter folgendem Link finden: https://form.jotform.com/231662342567357.

Die zweite Seite meines Formulars enthält eine Tabelle, welche die Gruppennummern und zugehörigen Pfarreinamen auflistet. In den vorgesehenen Feldern oberhalb der Tabelle sollen die Gruppenverantwortlichen eine bestimmte Nummer eingeben. Ist es technisch umsetzbar, dass nach der Eingabe einer Nummer automatisch der zugehörige Gruppenname aus der Tabelle im benachbarten Feld dargestellt wird?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, our German Support agents are not available at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, please let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

I understand that you want to automatically populate the search field of the Data Grid widget with the data that your users entered in the fields above it. I'm afraid that is not possible. It's currently not possible to pass a field value onto the Data Grid widget to automatically show the matching data on the widget.

The Data Grid Widget was designed to display static text, values from other fields can't be passed to the widget, and it also cannot capture data from other form fields.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. 

I've gone ahead and escalated a feature request to our Development Team to be able to pass value to the Data Grid widget search bar. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll follow up on this thread and let you know.
