Upgrade

Was geschieht eigentlich, wenn ich zuerst ein Gold-Paket abonniere und danach auf Enterprise upgrade. Muss ich dennoch den gesamten Zeitraum für das Gold-Paket bezahlen?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you still need to pay for the plan whether you choose monthly or yearly. What we normally do if you switch to a different plan, in your case Enterprise, we will credit the unused portion of your plan. For example, you subscribe to a yearly Gold Plan. After 2 months, you upgraded to Enterprise. This means that we will credit the 10 months unused portion of your plan to the price of the enterprise plan.
