Change the text when a button is clicked

Im having another question. Is it possible to change the text that is
displayed when I click on the 'safe' button? It is currently in english but
we can only use it if its in German.
Another little thing is that the widget which shows how far you already got
in the form is not completely translated. Is it possible to change that?

I have checked your form and I cannot see the Safe button you are referring to. Just to confirm, do you want to add a translation of your form? If so, you can check this guide on how to add translations to your form. Additionally, it seems that the screenshot is not attached to your recent response. Let me show you how to do it:

1. Open the thread in your browser. If you got a reply via email, there should be a button at the bottom that says View this thread. Click that button to open your thread in a new tab.
2. Once you open your thread, scroll down until you see the Your Answer section.
3. This is where you will reply. Click the Add Image button.
4. Next, either paste the image URL or upload the image from your PC. Click the Add button to post the image on your thread.
