Benutzerdefinierte Danke-Seite mit Formatierung

Guten Tag,

wie kann eine benutzerdefinierte Danke-Seite mit Formatierung angepasst werden (Absätze, Textgröße, ...)?

Wir haben verschiedene Formulare bei uns erstellt. Manche zeigen die Formatierungen an, andere wiederum nicht.

Wie kann man das einstellen?

(Anbei ein Beispielbild, bei dem die Formatierungen zu sehen sind)

You can easily customize the Thank Page message from the Thank You Page settings in Form Builder. Let me help you with it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Settings tab at the top of the page. 
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on the Thank You Page.
3. To edit the thank you page message, click on the Thank You page then add your custom message.

You can completely customize the look of your Thank You Page directly from the editor. You can insert images, links, paragraphs, and tables. You might also want to check out this guide about Setting up the Thank You Page. I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.

If you are still having issues customizing your Thank you can you share the link to your form, so that I can check it out and see what’s going on? Here is your guide on where to find your form URL or you can follow the steps and screencast below:

• Go to the Publish tab.
• Select Quick Share from the left panel.
• Look for the Copy Link and click it, then paste it here in the support ticket.

Leider funktioniert diese Einstellung nicht, weil wir das "Karten Layout" verwenden (1 Frage pro Seite). Der Reiter "Thank You Page" existiert bei uns daher nicht.

Ja, aber hier können auch keine individuelleren Inhalte eingefügt werden. Ich kann hier nur den Titel + Untertitel bearbeiten. Ich würde hier gern noch mehr Text mit mehr Absätzen hinzufügen.

Wir würden gern mehr Formatierungsoptionen nutzen wollen (html-code, mehr Absätze, Verlinkungen, ...), wie z.B. hier:

Thanks for using Jotform. I’m really sorry that those are currently the only editing options on the Thank you page of the card form layout. I would suggest using the redirecting to an external link option. This would send the users to a custom webpage of your choice when a submission is done.
