QR code not working

Is this a QR code for the Anmeldung 100 jähriges Jubiläum form? If so, may we know the recent changes made to this form aside from disabling it? Was this transferred from another account to your account?

ich habe den oben genannten QR-Code ohne Account erstellt und mir jetzt im Nachgang einen Account inklusive Abonnement eingerichtet.
Der QR-Code muss unbedingt wieder aktiviert werden, damit unsere Gäste sich anmelden können.

Thanks for getting back to us. Please know that a Guest account is a one-time login feature. When you downloaded this QR code, the custom form URL connected to the QR code was linked to the username of the Guest account. The Guest account has been purged from our system and we can no longer locate it. Unfortunately, we can no longer reinstate this QR code since it was linked to the Guest account username. I suggest downloading a new QR code associated with the new custom form URL, which is the link that has your username in it:

Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Publish tab.
• Then, click on Quick Share on the left side of the page.
• Click on the QR Code button at the bottom of the Share Form section.
• The window that opens up will have the QR code to share your form.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we're unable to reactivate the QR code, since it is tied with a purged Guest account. I understand this is frustrating, but we're unable to remake the code. In order to create a new QR code, you'll need to generate one using the steps my coworker mentioned in their previous reply.
