Do form respondents need to accept that their data will be processed/saved by Jotform?

Moreover, qnother questions, do you know if people filling in a form, need to accept that their data is processes/saved by you?

Thanks for patiently waiting. Your form respondents do not need to accept terms about their submitted data. If you collect personal data in or from the EU or EU residents, you may add the Terms & Conditions widget where own data protection text can be added.
