Is it possible to pay Jotform subscrition via invoice?

    Hallo liebes Jotform Team,

    ich bin Karina Müller und für das B2B Marketing von Douglas Marketing Solutions zuständig.

    Wir würden gerne die Gold-Mitgliedschaft von euch für ca. 1-2 Monate testen. Wäre das möglich? Ich habe gesehen, dass man jederzeit kündigen kann, weshalb es ja eigentlich kein Problem darstellen sollte.

    Allerdings können wir derzeitig nur per Rechnung zahlen. Könnte man dies arrangieren?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. We do not offer a test period for any of our paid subscriptions but we offer a 30-day guarantee. If your payment is within the guarantee period and you decide to cancel your subscription for any reason, we will refund you the payment.

    Also, we accept payments via Purchase Order but this option only applies with Yearly plans. Should you be interested in this option, please email quotes@jotform.com.

    English is totally fine - thank you for you reply!

    Would it be possible to make an expection according the payment via invoice? Unfortunately, the person who is in charge of other payment options, is not available at the moment, but we need to start asap. :)+

    Moreover, qnother questions, do you know if people filling in a form, need to accept that their data is processes/saved by you?

    Hi Karina,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions. The Starter plan allows you to receive a maximum of 100 submissions. If you're not expecting more than the allowed limit, you can stay with the Starter plan while waiting for the person in charge with the payment options.
