Notification Email: Incomplete form fields

Guten Tag

das Formular Workshop, das wir schon sehr lange nutzen, hat neu einen Fehler.

Die Benachrichtigung (orange) an unser Office zeigt nicht mehr alle Formularfelder an obwohl ich bei den Einstellungen alle benötigten Felder als hinterlegt sehe. ich habe versucht z.b. das Feld Email manuell neu und zusätzlich einzufüllen, aber es wird leider trotzdem nicht übermittelt.

Ich habe auch den Cache geleert. es hilft nichts.

Können Sie bitte das Formular prüfen.

Die automatische Benachrichtigung an die Person, die sich anmeldet, funktioniert (grün), da werden alle Felder abgebildet, nicht aber die Benachrichtigung an unser Office (orange), da werden nur noch 2 Felder abgebildet.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

If the form fields are not displayed on the notification emails on your end, deleting the existing email template and adding a new one usually resolves the issue. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Emails on the left side of the page.
3. Hover your mouse over the notification email and click on the Trash Bin icon to delete it.
4. Confirm the deletion.
5. Click on the Add email button and choose Notification Email.
6. Click on the Save button.
