Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your concern, can you confirm if everything is working now? If not, can you provide a bit more about the issue so I can get a better idea of what's happening? I can also investigate that if you can send a screenshot of what’s happening. We’ve got a guide here explaining how to do that.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

when I open Jotform I see this message
could you please re-activate this adresse backoffice@identhify.ch and I will received your messages again. It was problem with this adresse last two weeks. Now, it fonctionne

Thanks for getting back to us with additional details. As I've checked, it shows that the email address backoffice@identhify.ch is no longer on our bounce list. Your email is good and you will now continue to receive emails from Jotform, such as Notification emails.
