I want to use Jotform to let our employees fill in the last 2 columns in our Excel File

Guten Tag Zusammen,

ich möchte gerne unsere Mitarbeiterbeurteilung über JOT-Form darstellen, jedoch glaube ich, dass die möglichen Funktionen nicht ausreichen.

Folgende Matrix möchte ich darstellen: (diese ist im Anhang als Excel-Datei angehängt)

Im Grunde soll der Mitarbeiter lediglich die zwei letzten Spalten mit je der zutreffenden Zahl ausfüllen können.

Ich weiß jedoch nicht, wie ich die Texte in die Matrix rein bekomme.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support, and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. I understand your requirements, but to allow your employee to fill in the last two columns, you have to convert your Excel File into PDF. Then, once your file converted into PDF, start creating a Smart PDF Form.

• On your My Forms page, click on Create form.
• Choose Import Form, and then Import PDF.
• Click on the Upload PDF Form button and choose the PDF you just recently converted from an Excel file.

The form fields are automatically mapped to the original PDF fields, which means that once your employee has completed the form, it will be mapped to the columns. Here are the list of guides that will help you achieve creating your Smart PDF form.
