Limit Datenspeicher

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eine kurze Frage: Ist das maximale Limit zum Datenupload durch das maximale Datenspeicherlimit begrenzt?

Wenn mein Datenspeicher also maximal 10 GB hat, kann ich keine Datei größer 10 GB hochladen, richtig?

Kann man es so einstellen, dass die Datei nur über das Formular hochgeladen und per Schnittstelle übermittelt wird, ohne dass die Datei gespeichert wird, sodass das Limit nicht überschritten wird?

Now, let me help you with your question. May we know what interface are you referring to? Is it some other upload widget that is not available on the form builder?

I can highly recommend to give DeepL a try instead of Google Translate ;)

I am referring to the normal upload widget. We currently have 10 GB of data memory inlcuded. My question is if it is possible to upload files bigger than 10 GB which are just not saved or if the limit of 10 GM indirectly limits the size of our uploaded files?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please take note that the maximum upload size allowed in Jotform is 1GB. This applies to the Single File Upload field. If you enable Multiple File Upload, the max file size is capped at 100MB.  But if you want to accept uploads of more than 1GB, you can use the UploadCare widget. It enables users of your form to quickly upload files from a variety of locations, such as their devices, social networks, and cloud storage. Additionally, it can manage files up to 5 TB in size.
