E-Mail kommt als Spam an

    Hallo, leider kommen meine automatischen E-Mails von G&L als Spam an.
    Könnten Sie mir bitte da weiterhelfen, müsste man dazu von meiner Seite einen speziellen SPF-Eintrag erstellen ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. If you're experiencing any problems related to receiving emails in the Spam Folder, I suggest adding noreply@jotform.com and/or noreply@formresponse.com to your mailbox's contact list to prevent it from blocking emails from Jotform.

    Also, you can try to whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully. Here is our guide for Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains.
