Free Account: Overlimit message is still showing even after purging submississions and uploads

    Hallo zusammen,

    wir haben alle unsere Daten gelöscht und trotzdem wird uns die Meldung angezeigt, dass der Datenspeicher überfüllt ist.

    Wo befinden sich denn die Dateien, die angeblich 107,99 MB ausmachen sollen?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment.     Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and could notice that you have properly purged your submission and uploads. Your current upload space is of 14.74 MB and your account is active, so you should be able to access your account and use your forms without any issue. If you still see the Overlimit message, please consider logging out and logging in again.
