    Hallo,

    Hello there,

I have taken a template form from you for virtual training. It is self-learning in the sense that the user could learn the correct answers and not finish until all questions are answered correctly. If a question is listed incorrectly, you should jump directly to that field. An additional hint box should appear with an explanation of the question.

The form should not be closed until all questions have been answered correctly. At the end you should see the time it took the candidate to complete all the questions correctly.

Can you help me with this? My template for this is as follows

Looking forward to reading from you

    Warm regards

    Josua Eugster

    Hi Auerehuus,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Just to make sure we're on the same page, do you want to show the incorrect fields after the user has submitted the form? Or do you want the user to skip the fields if they answered the field incorrectly and jump to the next question? Can you give us more information on what you are trying to achieve so we can help you further?

To answer your second question, you can add a time tracker widget on your form to track how much time the user takes to fill out your form. Hide next button and show the correct answer if answered incorrectly Image 1 Screenshot 20

We'll be able to move forward once we hear back from you.

Thank you for your quick respond. The point is following:

Question 1: The box is red. Is the box really red? YES NO

If the answer is NO then jump to a hidden box, where you can read "the box is red".

After this hidden text box, go again to the Question 1

If your answer is YES, then go to question 2

I try to work this here: https://form.jotform.com/232373120983050

The second "hidden box" with the red letters showed up, but instead it should be hidden.

Do you have other ideas how to manage this?

    Hi Auerehuus,

Thanks for getting back to us. Just to make sure we're on the same page, you want to prevent users from answering the next question and show the right answer if they have answered the question incorrectly. If so, I have made a workaround for you. You can use the Page Break element to separate each question. As you can see in the screenshot below, the user cannot go to the next question until they have answered the question.Hide next button and show the correct answer if answered incorrectly Image 1 Screenshot 90

When the user answers the question correctly, they can go to the next question:Hide next button and show the correct answer if answered incorrectly Image 2 Screenshot 101

if they haven't answered the question correctly, the user will not be able to go to the next question and the right answer will show.Hide next button and show the correct answer if answered incorrectly Image 3 Screenshot 112

To do this, you will need to add a Page Break element:Hide next button and show the correct answer if answered incorrectly Image 4 Screenshot 123

Also, please make sure that the elements on your form are not hidden.Hide next button and show the correct answer if answered incorrectly Image 5 Screenshot 134

The next thing we need to do is to create a condition where we will hide both the Next button and the correct answer when the question hasn't been answered yet.Hide next button and show the correct answer if answered incorrectly Image 6 Screenshot 145

Then, create a condition wherein if the answer is correct show the next button.Hide next button and show the correct answer if answered incorrectly Image 7 Screenshot 156

And this is the condition if the answer is incorrect.Hide next button and show the correct answer if answered incorrectly Image 8 Screenshot 167

Here is the cloned form I have made a workaround with for your reference. If this is not what you are trying to achieve, please let us know so we can help you further.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
