Formulardaten aufbewahrung

Hallo,

ich plane einen Onlineshop, bei dem Formulare erfasst werden und anschließend kostenpflichtig heruntergeladen werden können.

Bei den Formulardaten kann es sich um sensible Kundendaten handeln. Ich möchte auch anbieten, dass der Kunde mit der Formularerfassung beginnen und später die Bearbeitung fortsetzen kann. Das heißt die Daten müßten für einen gewissen Zeitraum zwischengespeichert werden.

Es ist natürlich erforderlich, dass die DSGVO Verordnung eingehalten wird und alle personenbezogenen Daten entsprechend abgelegt werden.

Wie werden die über Jotform erfassten Daten abgelegt und ist die persistierung DSGVO konform?

Außerdem hätte ich gerne gewußt, ob es möglich ist den Absenden bzw. Download Link nachgelagert auf einer neuen Seite darzustellen? Das wäre im Falle eines kostenpflichtigen Formulars wichtig, da vor dem download die Kaufabwicklung stattfinden soll.

Now, let me help you with your question. We provide a form builder, which collects data via those forms. Jotform is also GDPR compliant, which is automatically set up when you create your account. Here's our guide on setting up GDPR compliance, for your reference.

You can redirect users to a different page at the end of the form via the Thank You page. Let me show you how to set this up:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange banner at the top of the page.
2. Next. select Thank You page on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Now, click on Redirect to an external link after submission and enter your URL.
