How to add number of people in Appointment Form?

Hallo,

ich habe zum Test folgendes Reservierungsformular erstellt:

Mit dem Formular sollen Führungen reserviert werden können. Pro Führung sind 50 Personen möglich.

Das Termin Modul wäre perfekt wenn man die Anzahl der Teilnehmer eingeben könnte. Ist das möglich?

Also z.B. Freitag 26.08.2023, 14:00 20 Personen (Max 50 Personen)

Oder haben Sie eine andere Idee wie ich das umsetzen kann?

Now, let me help you with your question. You can add a Number Field and add Entry Limits to set the maximum number of limits. 

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Elements menu to open the Form Elements panel on the right and drag and drop the Number element to the form. 

2. Click the gear icon of the Number element to open the Number Properties. 

3. Go to the Options tab. 

4. Toggle the Entry Limits to On and add the Maximum number to 50.

Thanks for the quick reply. That would be a simple good solution. My problem is that the maximum of people allowed for that day is 50. With the solution shown, the next person who fills out the form could register 50 people again.

The system would have to remember that e.g. 20 people are registered and therefore only 30 people are possible.

This is about tours for a whiskey distillery. They only have space for 50 people per tour.

It would be great if you had a solution.

Another possible is to use our Inventory widget which allows you to set a count for the number of available slots/inventory then use scheduling apps like Calendly or Google Calendar.
