Kann man mit der Integration auch bereits belegte Termine im Kalender ausschließen?

Hi Manuel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Do you mean to block out dates that were already booked in your form? This is possible by limiting the appointment in your form. Let me show you how:
- Add an Appointment field to your form.
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Go to the Limits tab, then change the Maximum Appointments Per Day to 1.
Once a certain date is already booked, it will not show as available anymore. If that's not exactly what you're asking for, you can provide us with more details so we can better assist you.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

hello Eiron,
thank you for the answer.
Exactly - my question refers to the fact that other appointments are also entered in my Google Calendar. However, these appointments are marked as Available in the Jotform Appointment Planning widget. So the widget would not really be useful if I can book already blocked slots as appointments. So this only works if the widget is also syncronized with the Google calendar and blocked appointments are not displayed.

Hi Manuel,
If the appointments are being booked in the Google Calendar, I'm afraid the dates or times will not be blocked off on the form. The integration only works one way, from Jotform to Google Calendar.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for the answer.
but unfortunately that is not good at all. What good is a scheduling widget that shows assigned appointments. :-(

Hi Manuel,
Thanks for getting back to us. I understand you want to show the booked date on your Google calendar in our Appointment Element as well. However, as my colleague mentioned, our integration only works in one direction.
You can add a view of your Google Calendar to your form by using our Iframe Embed widget. Here are the steps on how it can be done:
First, you should make your calendar available to public. Please follow this guide from Google and look for the Share a Calendar with the Public part.
Once making your calendar public, copy the PUBLIC URL. It can be found when you scroll a bit down further in your Calendar Settings page:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
