How to avoid form being disabled

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

leider mussten wir feststellen, dass unser Formular "Kundenzufriedenheit" (https://form.jotform.com/231161503896355) deaktiviert wurde.

Unter Einstellungen konnte ich das Formular wieder aktivieren. Können Sie mir eine Auskunft darüber geben, warum es deaktiviert wurde, um dies in ZUkunft zu vermeiden?

Now, let me help you with your question. If your account is suspended, all your forms will be disabled. I can see that your account is active, I can't see any reason why your form was disabled. Is this frequently happening in your account?
