Can't find my form anymore!

Hallo! Ich habe nun doch euer Angebot mit -50 % genutzt und mir gleich ein Jahresabo genommen. Nun finde ich dieses Formular nicht mehr https://form.jotform.com/232055140139042

Help! Das gehört dann alles zu nbs, Kräuterbauer ist eine zweite Firma von uns. Wie mache ich das? Kenn mich leider nicht mehr aus :-(

If you are the account owner, you can login to that account and send a request to transfer the form and data into this account. Please make sure to list the form URLs that you’d like to move and include the username or email address of the account you want to transfer your forms and data.
