How can I assign my forms to my employee?

Wenn ich einen zweiten Account bei Jotform kaufe, für einen zweiten Mitarbeiter, kann ich dann Formulare zu ihm in den Account senden bzw sie ihm freigeben? Oder müssen alle Formulare dann in beiden Accounts händisch erstellt werden?

Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, would you like to know how to share your form with your employee? If so, you can easily do that with our Assign Form Feature, let me show you how:

1. In Smart PDF Form, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on Assign Form tab, on the column on the left.
3. From there, you can choose to assign the form by sharing a URL or with Assign by Email option.

5. Your Employee will see the form under the Assigned Form tab in My Forms.
