PDF files uploaded on the form are not getting attached to the notification email

Wenn die Leute mir PDF Anhängen, kommen diese bei meinem Formular "Europa" nicht als Anhang.

Das ist sehr ärgerlich das ich dies als Anhang brauche

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Not sure exactly which of the submissions are you referring to, but please keep in mind that whenever the total file size of the attachments exceeds 5 MB, the attachments get automatically stripped out.

If you give us the submission ID of the affected submissions, we'll be able to investigate a bit deeper.
