Passwort zurücksetzen klappt nicht

    Hallo,


    ich versuche mich gerade in Jotform anzumelden mit der oben genannten Mail. Leider vergeblich.

    Das Passwort soll falsch sein. Wenn ich auf Passwort vergessen klicke und meine Mail eingebe, steht zwar da, dass ich eine Mail bekommen habe - bei mir kommt aber nichts an.

    Könnt ihr bitte prüfen woran das liegt

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked this email address d*m*n*k@em*lw*gn*r.com, and I am getting a result that it is a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be getting a reset password sent to your email account. I would recommend signing up using the same email via this link.
