Integration Google Kalender

    Hello Preuss,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Can you please share the form link with us in which you are having issue with, so I can check it out and help you with a solution.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Are the appointments available in the form synchronized with Google Calendar? Why is it possible to book an appointment in the form although there is already an appointment for this time in Google Calendar?

    Hello Preuss,

Thanks for getting back and sharing the form link with us. When the form gets submitted it does not check if the appointment is already present on a Google account instead it checks the submission present on your Form Table. Based on the submission present in your form table it shows or hide the appointment slots in the appointment field.

In your form you set the appointment as a Group appointment and maximum attendees per time slot to 5. As I can see you only got one submission in your form. So it will not hide the appointment slot that the earlier user selected.

If you want only one appointment to be there per slot you need to change the Appointment type to one to one. It is really easy to do that. let me show you how :

    • Select the Appointment Field, click on Gear Icon.
    • Go to Advanced Tab, Select One to one in Appointment Type option.

The jotform schedule function with google calendar integration is useless if isn’t able to check if there is already an appointment in the calendar.

    I have the same issue.

Also, there is no option to block time before and after the next available appointment.

For example, if the appointment is 30 minutes long, it should not be possible to book one at 12:00 and the next at 12:30.

You need blocked time before and after the next Appointment, so the next appointment should be available at 13:00

Is there a solution for both issues?
