Hello Jotform-Team,
Ich kann leider meinen Shop nicht mehr öffnen.
Was mach ich falsch?
Muss ich jetzt upgraden um den Shop weiter nutzen zu können?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring this app that you created? If so, Let me show you how to find your apps:
- Go to My Forms.
- Click the Dropdown button, and select My Apps. It will show you all the apps you have created.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Also, can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

No, I am referring to the shop I've created and which I want to update but cannot edit it anymore.

should the problem be that I need to upgrade to continue using the shop, I would be happy to do so. However, your 50% off offer ends today and I am in the home office today without access to the company's credit card. In this case, can they extend the offer for us until Monday?

Hi Jasmina,
Thanks for getting back to us. Can you share the error message are you seeing when you try to edit your app? This guide will show you how to do that. You can use the App builder regardless you are subscribed to a plan or not.
I was checking the app link you share and appears that the Stripe payment integration was not configured.
To confirm, can you access the app? Which part can't you edit?

Hello Mary!
I've created this App indeed and I have access to it, nothing wrong with this ...
I am talking about the Shop I've created 2 month ago which I've use to update under this link: https://eu.jotform.com/app/build/231772871267363
Now, I cannot access this link any more as I am been redirected to https://eu.jotform.com/app/231772871267363 which is the Web-View of my Shop :-(
Can you help?

Thanks for getting back to us. After checking the app link, it's showing that it's from a different account. Do you have other accounts created in Jotform? The other account has this email address: j***l***o***u@l***r***e**r.at. If this email is familiar to you, then try to log in the app is located there.
