Bei vollständig ausgefülltem Formular erhalten ich leider die Meldung, siehe Anlage.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form and it shows that you are using a Multiple choice element for the Terms and Conditions and you did not add any options, that is the reason it shows the error. As a workaround, you can add the Terms and Condition element.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a hyperlink to the field label. But you can add hyperlinks in the Paragraph field.
