Hallo Jotform Team
Wir benutzen Jotform nun schon eine Weile und sehr zufrieden.
Aktuell haben wir für unsere Aussendienstmitarbieter Bestellformulare, welche sie unterwegs ausfüllen können und wir im Innendienst per Mail die Bestellung als Mitteilung erhalten.
Leider hat es sich in letzter Zeit öfter ergeben, dass wir keine Mitteilung einer erstellten Bestellung erhalten haben. Dies führ bei uns intern natürlich zu grossen Differenzen.
Daher wollte ich mich bei euch erkundigen an was das liegen könnte?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I believe you are referring to this form, correct? I cloned and tested the form and I immediately received the notification email. Here's a screenshot of it:
This was an ongoing issue yesterday and our developer has confirmed that the issue has been fixed. All failed emails are now in the queue to be sent. Can you please test your form to make sure it's fixed?
