Zusammenführen von Accounts / Import eines Formulars schlägt fehl

Hallo Jotform - Team,

wir haben bisher mehrere Accounts (Starter) mit jeweils eigenen Formularen benutzt. Jetzt haben wir ein Upgrade auf Bronze durchgeführt und sind aktuell dabei alle Formulare über die Importfunktion zu überführen. Bei vier Formularen hat dies wunderbar funktioniert. Leider gibt es beim letzten Formular einen FehlerKönnt Ihr Euch bitte mal ansehen warum dies passiert?

Now, let me help you with your question. You usually get this error when the 'Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users.' option is enabled in your Account Settings. Here's how to check it:

1. On My Forms page, click on the Avatar icon on the upper right corner of the page.
2. Click Settings from the option.
3. Go to the Security tab on the left and uncheck the (Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users) option.

You can also check the specific form settings if the prevent cloning is enabled. Here's how to do it.

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click Settings.
2. Click Show More Options.
3. Scroll down and look for Prevent Cloning.
4. Update it to No.
