Request for Custom Survey Tool with Partial Results and Pay-Wall Feature

Our company is keenly interested in developing a company health analysis tool using your platform. We have a specific set of requirements in mind and were hoping to discuss the possibility of creating a custom survey tool that aligns with our needs.

1. Partial Results Display: Upon completion of the survey, we'd like our respondents to be able to see a segment of their results, especially how they score against their peers. This will serve as an immediate feedback mechanism and an incentive for their participation.

2. Pay-Wall Feature for Comprehensive Results: We are interested in a feature where the full, detailed results of the survey are hidden behind a 'pay-wall'. This would mean that users can get a glimpse of their results but would need to provide their email address (or potentially make a payment) to access the comprehensive insights.

Could you let us know if these features are feasible with your current offerings? If so, could you provide an estimate for the costs involved and a potential timeline for the project?

Hi Marlon,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use our Starter plan, (which is completely free). Our free subscription grants you access to all of Jotform's features. The only difference between a free and paid plan is the usage limits. You can create 5 forms, and receive 100 monthly submissions, 100 MB of upload space, 1,000 monthly form views, and 10 monthly payments with the Free plan. On the Free Plan, you can also have a maximum of 500 total submissions. However, if you believe that the free plan is not enough for you, please review the differences and features that our paid plan provides on our pricing page. 

Also, for your second question, it is possible that form respondents will receive a copy of their responses (only their responses) if you add an Autoresponder to your survey form, which is some type of instant pre-written response or a copy of their data after submission. To make it work, you'll also need to include an email address, which the user must enter in order to receive this specific email alert.
